She started her career from there and got retired from the same institution. In between she went to United States and stayed at New York for six years from 1970-1976. She also visited various European countries and studied European history intensively. She specialized in Modern European History. Her previous book was on the topic of partition referring to Congress and Muslim League tussle. She mastered both Indian as well as European history at the same time.

Q.Z. Hasan, retired as Senior Scientist from Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar, Bareilly. He was involved in research and extension work pertaining to Animal Nutrition. However, his main discipline is Chemistry but he is interested in all kinds of scholarly pursuits.

Hajira Kumaris Professor in the Department of Social Work and also Hony. Director of Sarojini Naidu Centre for Women’s Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She has many books to her credit. Her efforts in compiling this book is a tribute to the departed soul.
