Talmiz Ahmad

TALMIZ AHMAD belongs to the Indian Foreign Service and has served as Ambassador toSaudi Arabia, Oman and the UAE. He has also worked in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and as Director General, Indian Council of World Affairs.  His papers on energy security have appeared in several books and journals.
