ICTs Community Access and Development: Case Studies From Six Developing Countries

The study focuses on ITU projects in six countries, all with varying socio economic status and needs of the beneficiary communities or target groups. From Mali (Timbuktu), to Bhutan, to Honduras, to Viet Nam, to Nicaragua to Tanzania, the settings vary from marginal economies and marginal economies in transition to emerging economies. One project is explicitly dedicated to communities living in refugee camps.
